What is is the official suites website of Arena Premium, providing access to Los Angeles Lakers (NBA), Los Angeles Kings (NHL) and Los Angeles Sparks (WNBA) games as well as concerts, family shows and other world-class events. is designed specifically for Premium suite sales including single night suite rentals and multi-game packages, as well as Membership information. This website is operated by the Arena Premium Team and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from Arena?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Arena Premium Team.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Arena suite?

To purchase a single night suite rental or multi-game package at Arena, click on SINGLE-EVENT then select the event(s) you wish to attend to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Arena Premium Team by phone at (877) 234-8425 or email us at [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Arena Premium Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery and answer any questions you may have. Please note: All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

Your suite tickets will be delivered electronically via AXS to the email address provided during purchasing. Please make sure to download the AXS app to access your tickets. Tickets must be presented through the AXS app on event day at the venue. Click HERE for more information on the AXS app. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Arena.

In addition, you will have access to the Premium Portal to manage your tickets. The Premium Portal serves as a convenient way for you to manage, transfer and sell your tickets. You can log in using your AXS app username and password.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All Suites are ADA accessible. Guests will enter through the Star Plaza VIP Entrance or the Southwest VIP Entrance.


What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Apple Pay on mobile devices

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay for the suite. No hidden fees. The only additional costs to consider will be in-suite catering expenses and prepaid parking.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

If your event is postponed/rescheduled, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If your event is canceled, the Arena Premium Team will contact you with options.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Food and beverage can be ordered through Levy Restaurants for your suite at an additional cost. Catering orders MUST be placed 48 business hours prior to the game – no exceptions. You will receive order instructions with your purchase confirmation email.

Any catering pre-orders are due one week prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required with purchase and there is no catering minimum upon purchase. Guests can also purchase food and beverages from the Premium Level A concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the arena.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will be available closer to the event date. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food - i.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people.

On average, in-suite catering is $100 per person for food and beverages. For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Yes. If you have completed your Single Event Suite Rental purchase, please log into the Premium Portal (click here) to purchase additional tickets. You can also contact the Arena Premium Team by phone at (877) 234-8425 or email us at [email protected].

If you have yet to complete your Single Event Suite Rental, you will have the option to purchase additional tickets during the reservation process.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for Single Event Suite Rentals. If you would like to host additional guests above the number of tickets included in your rental, purchase additional tickets via the Premium Portal or by contacting the Arena Premium Team.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 3 years of age and older require a ticket to enter the arena and must occupy their ticketed seat only. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy; would be noted during the reservation process.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Arena)?

Bag Policy:

  • Bags, backpacks, purses, totes, clear bags, fanny packs, and camera bags are not allowed.
  • Small clutches and wallets smaller than 5” x 9” x 1” are permitted and are subject to security inspection.
  • Medical and parental bags smaller than 14” x 14” x 6” are required to go through an X-Ray machine security screening. Please see a Guest Services team member on site for directions to the nearest screening entry.

Camera Policy: Non-professional, non-flash, still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). Video and audio recording is prohibited. Camera bags of any size are not permitted as we do not allow bags inside Arena.

Event-Day Drop Offs: If you need to bring items to your suite on the day of the game (giveaway bags, branded items, signage etc.), PLEASE EMAIL [email protected] AT LEAST TWO (2) DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE GAME to gain building clearance. Due to building security measures, all items being brought into the suite on the day of the game must be approved ahead of time by our security staff.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other exclusive areas of the arena?

Suite tickets will provide access to the Yaamava’ Club by San Manuel located on Premium Level A. In addition, you can purchase access to the Lexus Club. For more information, please contact the Arena Premium Team by phone at (877) 234-8425 or email us at [email protected].

Where do I park?

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP Entrances in the following locations:

  • Star Plaza VIP Entry: Corner of Chick Hearn Ct. (11th St.) and Figueroa St. (next to the Team LA Store)
  • Southwest VIP Entry: Between 11th Street and Figueroa Entrances (next to the Los Angeles Convention Center)

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens with event door opening. Door opening times for Arena events will vary according to each event. Please visit the specific event page for details.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-event food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant or by phone. An event day suite menu will be available in the suite upon arrival. The event day Menu is slightly more limited than the advanced in-suite catering menu, however, you’ll still find arena favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor, etc).

Please note: in-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.
